The following Terms and Conditions apply to all stays and experiences booked with Picassa Pueblo Co-living & Co-working. We kindly ask you to read them carefully. In the event that any part of these conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

These terms outline the agreement between you and Picassa Pueblo Co-living & Co-working for your stay. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please don’t hesitate to contact us before confirming your booking.

Picassa Pueblo Co-living & Co-working is controlled and operated from within Spain and are subject to Spanish and European law.

By using our Website, you are accepting all the terms and conditions set here. If you do not agree to each and all of these terms and conditions, please do not use Picassa’s Website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change and or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

Booking conditions

Your agreement is with Alejandra Sola Ávila with NIF/VAT 45900393Y operating as Picassa Pueblo Co-living & Co-working. By making a reservation, you agree to these Booking Terms. For group bookings, the designated group organizer must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all group members.

The group organizer is responsible for the full cost of the stay, including any additional fees, cancellations, or changes. Upon booking or check-in, we’ll require your credit/debit card details for any charges incurred during your stay. We may also request full payment or a deposit in advance, especially for certain packages or services.

Your booking is only confirmed once we’ve received the required details and/or payment. We retain the right to decline any reservation without explanation. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies in your booking details or costs. Certain rates may be subject to minimum stay requirements, deposits, cancellation fees, and other conditions. Price lists for additional services are available upon request.

Your booking is for a type of room and does not guarantee that you stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you have indicated a preference for a particular room with your reservation, we will do our best to honour this preference. However, we may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a lower rate room during your stay, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our booking team before confirming your reservation.

Payment terms

The Picassa experience is broken down into a down payment and experience fee(s).

  • Down Payment: A 30% deposit of the total price is required to officially reserve your spot at Picassa. This payment confirms your booking.
  • Experience Fee: The remaining 70% of the total price is due upon arrival and can be paid onsite. We accept payments via wire transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or cash, whichever works best for you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations 14 Nights or More Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation 14 nights or more before the check-in date, we will refund your down payment in full.
  • Cancellations Less Than 14 Nights Before Check-In: If you cancel your reservation less than 14 nights before your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and no credit will be issued.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Picassa: In the unlikely event that Picassa needs to cancel your stay due to external reasons (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances), you will be given the option to either transfer your deposit to another trip or receive a full refund of your down payment.

Additional terms

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a no-show. In this case, the full deposit is non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
  • Changes to Booking: If you wish to change your booking dates after the reservation has been made, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
  • Changes made less than 14 nights before check-in may incur additional fees or may not be possible, in which case the standard cancellation policy will apply.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), Picassa reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings as necessary. Refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances.
  • The Picassa´s client agrees that we can take and publish any photos of you for marketing purposes.
  • You agree to be automatically added to our newsletter for the latest updates and promotions.

Use of Picassa Services

When participating in or using Picassa services, you agree to:

  • Refrain from using our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spam, scams, or unsolicited messages.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others, avoiding any form of harassment, defamation, or threatening behavior.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful environment, refraining from posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Respect intellectual property rights, only uploading or sharing content for which you have the necessary permissions.
  • Protect the integrity of our systems and other users’ experiences by not introducing malicious software or engaging in harmful activities.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Picassa guidelines.
  • Provide accurate information and refrain from creating false identities or misleading others.

Service Termination

Picassa reserves the right to terminate services if these terms are violated. This may result in the early termination of your stay or denial of future bookings. Refunds for unused periods will be provided on a prorated basis, minus any pending charges.

Confidentiality

During your stay, you may be exposed to confidential information about Picassa, other guests, or local partners. You agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of this information.
  • Not disclose it to third parties.
  • Not use it in any way that could be detrimental to Picassa or its community.
  • All confidential information remains the property of Picassa or the respective disclosing party.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Picassa Pueblo Co-living & Co-working provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee their uninterrupted availability or perfection. To the extent permitted by law, Picassa Co-living & Co-working is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.

Picassa accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons or property during their stay. By using Picassa services, you acknowledge these terms and agree to participate at your own risk.
