Yes, we maintain quiet hours after 11 pm. Exceptions may be made with mutual agreement.

Bed linens and towels are refreshed weekly, coinciding with the weekly room cleaning schedule.

No, all bathrooms are shared.

Yes. We have a laundry equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. This facility is accessible without extra fees.

Yes, the kitchen is open to the co-livers and any equipment can be used at any time.

Breakfast is served between 9:00 and 10:00. Dinners are shared and an extra weekly fee is required to cover dinner’s food expenses.

Co-livers have to maintain the facility clean after its used. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher.

COWORKING

The co-working space is situated on the highest floor of the house, providing views of the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with multiple workstations featuring ergonomic chairs and electric adjustable desks for optimal comfort and productivity.

Additionally, a meeting room is available, equipped with a 4K projector and whiteboard for efficient presentations and virtual meetings. The room also features a comfortable sofa and a hanging chair to foster networking and relaxation.

A tea/coffee break station is available in the hallway.

Yes. However, it is important to keep quite while working at night.

We offer 1GB optical fiber Wi-Fi with extenders for seamless connectivity throughout the house.

You can work from anywhere within our coliving space: the serene Andalusian patio with the sound of falling water, the bright living room, the quiet library, or the privacy of your own room.

Picassa collaborates with local artisans, associations, and artists to foster cultural exchange and sustainable development. We organize workshops in various crafts, including marble sculpture, carpentry, and cuisine. Social events with local associations to debate relevant themes. Fun events such as concerts, parties or movie nights. Outdoor activities like hiking or exploring nearby cities (Granada, Almeria).

LOCATION

Purchena is a tiny village of 1,500 people nestled in the mountains of Eastern Andalusia.

It is only 90 min drive to Granada and 50 min drive to Almeria.

The closest beach is less than 60 km away, and there are amazing locations to visit in the surrounding area. Whether you’re passionate about the mountains or the sea, here you can have it all!.

It’s the ideal location to focus on your work in a peaceful environment, while also enjoying the convenience of nearby tourist attractions.

Winter temperatures typically range from a chilly 5°C in the coldest months to a mild 20°C on a sunny day, while summer brings warmer weather between 18°C and 35°C.

Enjoy predominantly clear skies throughout the year. Rainfall is infrequent, with most precipitation occurring during the autumn months.

The closest airports to our destination are Granada (GRX) and Almeria (LEI). We can arrange a convenient pick-up upon arrival at either location.

Alternatively, for more flexibility, you can consider Malaga (AGP) or Alicante (ALC) airports. While a direct pick-up wouldn't be available, you can easily reach Granada by bus from Malaga or Huercal-Overa from Alicante. Tickets are readily available on Movelia.es.

By train, the closest train station is located in Guadix.

Yes. You can find spots to park the car for free around Picassa.

Yes, Purchena has a sports center with a gym and various fitness classes. Costs are generally low, especially during off-peak seasons. The center also features a swimming pool that's open during the summer months.

Yes, there's a small grocery store within walking distance. For larger shopping needs, we arrange weekly drives to larger supermarkets in the closest town.

We're generally pet-friendly, but we do consider each situation individually, we want to make sure everyone else is comfortable.

If you cancel your reservation 14 nights or more before the check-in date, we will refund your down payment in full.

If you cancel your reservation less than 14 nights before your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

We set a 2 weeks minimum stay and 8 weeks maximum stay(for now).

A 30% deposit of the total price is required to officially reserve your spot at Picassa. This payment confirms your booking.

The remaining 70% of the total price is due upon arrival and can be paid onsite. We accept payments via wire transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or cash, whichever works best for you.

Enjoy daily healty breakfasts with local products, refreshing coffee/tea breaks with snacks, and access to shared spaces like the kitchen, library, living room, and outdoor areas.

Join weekly community dinners, work out at the local gym, take a dip in the pool during the summer, or participate in pilates, hiking, art, or cooking workshops.

We offer 3+ weekly activities to immerse yourself in the Pueblo life, and we encourage you to share your skills with the community.
